One of the best known absinthe French distillers from the past is back in the present with this excellent spirit.  The Lemercier Freres distillery was founded in 1811 and still continues to produces its absinthe with the same traditional recipe.The ancestral recipe of this aperitif is obtained by the distillation of a mix of green anis and Wormwood.

This ancient spirit comes in two options, 45% alc./vol. & 72% alc./vol.

Suggested mixtures
1 volume of Lemercier Absinthe 45% vol
 5 volumes of cool water

 1 volume of Lemercier 72% vol
 7 volumes of water
